After searching for the item you would like to reserve, you will see option to click “reserve/place hold” underneath each item found in your search.
Clicking on ‘reserve’ will take you to a page where you will be asked to log in to your library account in order to place the reservation. The ‘Login’ is normally your library membership number (found on your library card) and the password will be ‘1111’ if you have not yet changed it.
Once logged in you will be able to chose which BASE library you would like to collect the item from.
You will receive an email as soon as the item you have reserved is available for collection.
